Starting in 2020 The Roundup Music Venue is now operating under new ownership and management. The Roundup aims to be the premier music venue in Boerne,TX and surrounding areas. The Roundup operates as a full-time specialty event venue hosting a wide range of community, private, and live music ticketed events.

The venue features both an outdoor main concert stage and an indoor stage. Both stages have concrete dance floors directly in front of the stage.

Q: What is the age policy at The Roundup?
A: Always check the Event Details!

Some of our events are 18+ only. For our “all ages” shows anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to enter our establishment.
Individuals 18 and older are always welcome with a VALID government-issued ID. Acceptable forms of identification include a state-issued driver’s license or ID card, military ID, or international Passport. A student ID is not an acceptable form of identification.

MINORS (UNDER 21) MAY NOT CONSUME ALCOHOL UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, EVEN IN THE PRESENCE OF THEIR PARENTS OR GUARDIANS.
IF MINORS ARE FOUND WITHOUT THEIR WRISTBANDS AND X’S during our concerts, THEY WILL BE ESCORTED OFF THE PROPERTY.

Q: What items are prohibited?
A: Prohibited items include: Any and all outside food, drinks (including your own liquor/beer), drugs, weapons of any kind, coolers, balloons and umbrellas. If you are seen with these items in the parking lot or inside the grounds you will be asked to leave with no refund.

If you are handicap or require special needs please call The Roundup management in advance and we will be happy to accommodate your needs. Also, should you wish to have a birthday party, please call The Roundup management in advance to reserve seating for your party and obtain permission for a birthday cake.

Q: Can we have a birthday party, private party, charity event, wedding, etc. at The Roundup?
A: Of Course! We would love to help host your special event! Please email management at [email protected] to discuss event details and how we can make your event fun and memorable for all!

Q: Does The Roundup sell liquor?
A: YES WE DO!  We are happy to announce we are now a full licensed bar. We have a full bar carrying an assortment of different beer, wine and liquor. We also serve soft drinks and bottled water.

Q: May I get a refund on unused tickets?
A: No, The Roundup does not provide refunds on ticket purchases. However, you may pass unused tickets along to friends or family for their listening pleasure! Events are rain or shine. All Sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. Subscribe to the email newsletter for updates and event announcements.

Q: What is included in a VIP ticket?
A: Premium stage views on an elevated deck directly in front of the stage, cocktail service, and reserved seating at a table

A: The Roundup keeps a lost and found box for any items found or turned in at the park. Please note: The Roundup is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property while on site.
